Why is QL BIC undergoing a 48-hour maintenance window?
As the Business Inner Circle community grows across Madurai, Coimbatore, and regional chapters, we are migrating to an ultra-low latency distributed architecture. This scheduled 48-hour window enables us to restructure the database engine, install multi-region cache layers, and deploy new business intelligence and networking tools with zero downtime in the future.
Will my points, badges, attendance, and member data remain safe?
Yes, completely. Prior to initiating the upgrade, complete encrypted cold backups and cryptographic verification checksums were created. All member profiles, reward points, meeting check-ins, and peer connections are fully intact.
Do I need to do anything or reset my password when the app reopens?
No action is needed from your side. You will be able to log in seamlessly using your registered mobile number and WhatsApp OTP, exactly as before, once the 48-hour maintenance window concludes.
What happens if our chapter meeting or weekly breakfast is during this window?
Chapter meetings will proceed uninterrupted! Your chapter attendance coordinators have physical check-in rosters and WhatsApp emergency check-ins. All attendance records and referrals passed during meetings will be synchronized into the system immediately upon restoration.
